I think they would be better if you left out the sharp cheddar cheese and instead used mozzarella or something more subtle - so you don't cover up the sausage taste. They would also be better if I could eat more than two a day since I'm limiting my calories and I eat these in place of my pre-packaged snacks. They were really good.
