Here’s Mo and her William. See – I got here safe and sound and we haven’t stopped moving, laughing or talking since! Such a great time! So much to tell and so little time, as they are taking me to Pike’s Place Market today and then THE Thock Party. I’m just going to post a few notes now so I don’t forget what to recap later when I have a couple of more minutes.

Thursday, August 27th -

Buttcrack of dawn – bounced out of bed excited and ready.
Monkey knows something is up – acting very weird.
Molested frisked at airport security – because I look so threatening.

How threatening can I look in vacation-mode?

Starbucks everywhere! Thank God!
Tiniest plane on the planet – where did my luggage go?
Already miss my boys. (I know they’re grown! Sshhh)
Turbulence bites a$$.
Lady getting drunk next to me – 5 vodkas – and honking her nose every five minutes. Nice.
Computer withdrawls – two full days without so much as opening up the laptop. (No time)
Dinner with friends Thursday night – FUN!
Tour of Seattle on Friday with Deb and Mo!

* Ferry ride to Bainbridge Island
* Met some totally hot young guys who wanted us to be their “Plus 1″ at a frat buddy’s wedding in Leavenworth today.

SEE!!! If I were 10 years younger, that tall one wouldn’t have stood a chance. Forget a Thock Party. I’d be HIS “Plus1″ any day! “Hey Benson! Told you I’d post your picture online!”

* Fantastic lunch at a place called Salty’s in West Seattle – a really cool, ecclectic area with a fabulous view of the city.

Dinner with more friends at Cactus – met my first Mojito and fell in love instantly.
