As Feb 2009 gets closer, we’re seeing ads more and more on TVs across America announcing the final switch to digital cable nationwide. This video is sadly probably going to be a reality, but it is SO damn funny. I don’t even know how I stumbled onto it, but it’s funny . . . in a geeky sorta way. That’s me, folks.
I never used to watch a whole lot of videos. But thanks to UndomesticDiva who got me hooked on her Christmas Crack, I can’t help myself. It’s addicting. . . almost as bad as those evil Facebook games – dang Pathwords.
I’m starting my Christmas baking tonight. I’m not sure what I’m going to make first. You’ll find out tomorrow.

I’ll be at a Rah Rah party tonight that she’ll be at bragging all about her prize. And there I’ll be, sitting in the corner all upset cuz I didn’t get to play. However, I must say that your contest was a cute idea and apparently I’m just a sore loser. Waiting for some new cookies ideas from you. Something that will make me look like a foodie. I only have cable internet. No CABLE TV, so we are getting ready to go buy our two converters. I got tired of $100 + cable bills (the internet is over $50)so I just cancelled it all since the damn thing just sucked the brains outta the girls!
That sounds about right. All that does is remind me that I would have to do the conversion if my dad were still around. I think a lot of kids will be getting phone calls the day after that.
Oh, look at Deb all jealous because I WON!!!! What a sore loser. Deb, I’m holding up my fingers in the shape of an L on my forehead (now I’ll have that song stuck in my head).
And I wasn’t bragging about winning at Kelly’s house last night! No sirree. Not until SHE brought it up. Then I bragged. But not until then. I was the soul of discretion up to that point.
